Gyorg Pair are the bosses of the Palace of Winds, the fifth dungeon of The Minish Cap. They have a variety of attacks and Link must also account for lack of walls. This boss battle takes place in mid-air! It gets pretty chaotic during this battle with so much stuff going on at once. The Gyorg Pair are the protectors of the Wind Element.

	Appears in the Palace of Winds. Females are larger than males. They fly around the Palace of Winds, preying on adventurers.

Battle

Attacks

While you are on Big Gyorg, the blue gyorg will throw fireballs at him. To add to it, in the end of the battle, the Blue Gyrog will try to hit Link. After wounding the Red Gyorg, the battle shifts so that you are on Small Gyorg. He will swing his tail around his body so you must jump to avoid it. Also, more flying enemies will be coming toward you so be careful.

Defeating

To hurt the Gyorgs, you must hit all of the open eyes at once. Clone Link and run up to them, slicing at them with your sword repeatedly until new eyes form. Repeat this process again by cloning Link. After a few rounds of this you will need to use Roc's Cape and jump onto Small Gyrog. One of his four eyes will peak out so just swipe at it with your sword. A few times and then you will need to jump back on to Big Gyorg. A Spin Attack or a Downward Thrust can also damage the eyes, making the battle easier.

Trivia

• Gyorg is also the name of the boss of Great Bay Temple in Majora's Mask, though they have little in common.
