Greagal is a character in The Minish Cap. He appears in the Cloud Tops where he is being plagued by a Ghost. He can be visited if Link makes a Kinstone fusion to open up a portal to their home. Link can save him by sucking the ghost up with the Gust Jar. Greagal will reward Link by upgrading his Bow to the Light Arrows. If Link fails to save him before completing the Palace of Winds, Greagal will die and the Light Arrows will be forfeit at that point.
