The Goron's Ruby is the second of three Spiritual Stones that Link earns in Ocarina of Time. Link receives it from Darunia after completing the second dungeon in the game, Dodongo's Cavern. The Goron's Ruby, Zora's Sapphire, and Kokiri's Emerald are used to open the Door of Time in the Temple of Time. This valuable and precious stone has only appeared in Ocarina of Time.
