Gor Liggs is a Goron elder from Twilight Princess who has many tattoos. He is the third and final Goron elder you meet in the Goron Mines, and gives you the last key shard needed to enter the boss room. Later in the game, he will ask you to bring a barrel of hot spring water to eastern Castle Town. If he completes this, Link will be rewarded with a Piece of Heart.
