Requirements
Walkthrough
This isn't very difficult, the guy wants to buy a horse for 300 rupees. If you head to Gerudo Canyon stables and register a horse, then head to Wasteland STables to retrieve it and ride it to this guy, that will complete the quest. Note you may have to move boulders with stasis to get your horse to him.
He will keep the horse forever so make sure you don't sell him one you want to keep for yourself. You won't get it back.
