Judging by the wrench on his family or personal crest, this man is a mechanic by trade.
This Scrap Shop owner is a jovial fellow, speaking to Link loudly and energetically. It is possible that he, along with the other townsfolk of Skyloft, will be interacted with constantly throughout the game in other ways as Link frequently returns to the town.
