The Golden Feather is a spoil from The Wind Waker. When Link defeats a Peahat, Kargarok or a Winged Mothula, they occasionally drop this Treasure. Link can receive a Piece of Heart if he collects 20 and then gives them to Hoskit on Dragon Roost Island.
