The Golden Feather is a spoil from The Wind Waker. When Link defeats a Peahat, Kargarok or a Winged Mothula, they will occasionally drop this Treasure. Collecting these feathers eventually leads to a new Piece of Heart and 100 rupees for Link, if he gives 20 of them to a man named Hoskit on Dragon Roost Island.
