The Golden Bee, also known as Good Bee in SNES version of A Link to the Past is a enemy that only appear in certain place. You can catch it using Bug Catching Net and used it against other enemies.

A Link to the Past

The Golden Bee is a Legendary bee that can only be found in two places in this game. This bee is stronger than a regular Bee and they will never fly away from you. To catch it, go to the cave where the Ice Rod is obtained. In the cave next to that one, you can found Fairy Fountain with two fairies and a fairy statue. Dash into the Fairy Statue with the Pegasus Shoes and Golden Bee will appear. Like the regular bee, Golden Bee also can be caught and stored in a Bottle using the Bug Catching Net.

You also can sell the Golden Bee to the merchant in Kakariko Village who sells you the bottle. Release the Golden Bee near him and When it touches him, he will give you 100 rupees. Beside that, if you show the Golden Bee to the shopkeeper of Bottled Goods Shop in the Village of Outcast, he will start to sell this bee for 88 Rupees.

Trivia

This enemy is called Good Bee in SNES version of A Link to the Past, but it name was changed into Golden Bee in GBA port of A Link to the Past.
