"1/2 damage from falls"

— In-Game Description[1]

The Gold Luck Ring is a Magical Ring that Link acquires in Oracle of Ages. In Oracle of Seasons, it is only acquirable through a Linked Game using the Ring Secret.

In Oracle of Ages, the ring can be acquired in the Past while going through Ambi's Palace. It is located at the northeast-most room within the palace, found within a Treasure Chest. Grab the Seed Ring and get it appraised to acquire the Gold Luck Ring.

When equipped, the Gold Luck Ring cuts the damage in half when Link falls. This is particularly useful in locations in the Overworld that have a lot of holes. If Link has Moosh as his Animal Companion, then certain segments of the Overworld are designed with extra holes.

Overall, much like the Green Luck Ring, Blue Luck Ring, and Red Luck Ring, the Gold Luck Ring is not very useful and there are better defensive alternatives.
