The Goddess White Sword is the third form of the Goddess Sword in Skyward Sword. It is obtained in the Sandship when the Goddess Longsword is purified by Nayru's Flame. The Goddess White Sword is much whiter than the previous incarnation, and is more pure as well. This sword also has enhanced Dowsing abilities, making it easier to locate Treasure, Rupees, etc. It is an upgrade over the Goddess Sword and the Goddess Longsword.
The Goddess White Sword can later be upgraded into the Master Sword, which can be done from absorbing the power of Din's Flame. Furthermore, once Link has restored the Gate of Time and met with Zelda in the past, he can have her reveal the Master Sword's true power, making it the True Master Sword.
