The Gee Ha'rah Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
It is behind a pair of giant stone doors, which you can break down with a sufficiently large snowball. The easiest way to do this is to roll a moderately-large snowball down the hill to the doors, then use Stasis on the snowball and hit it into the door at maximum force.
Tandem
The shrine is intuitively easy. You will need bow and arrows, along with Stasis to complete this shrine. The first thing to do is to shoot the rope above the dangling stone with an arrow, making it drop and pressing the button. This will open the barred door. Next go left and shoot the left rope to swing the stone to the right and press the button. Inside you will find a chest with a Diamond. Go back to the other side and you will find another stone. Freeze it with Stasis before shooting both ropes to make it fall straight down.
