Gale Seeds appear only in Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages.

Oracle of Seasons
There are two Gale Seed trees in Oracle of Seasons. Link can first obtain Gale Seeds when he arrives at Sunken City. The second Gale Seed Tree is located south of the Ancient Ruins. Gale Seeds only grow during the Summer season. They can also be found by cutting bushes and breaking pots. They are used to transport Link to other Seed Trees, warp enemies, and transport Link back to the entrance of a dungeon.
Oracle of Ages
There are two Gale Seed trees in Oracle of Ages. Link can first obtain Gale Seeds once he has made it to Symmetry Village. The second location of the Gale Seeds are above Zora Village on a piece of land. They can also be found by cutting bushes and breaking pots. The Gale Seeds are used to transport Link to other Seed Trees, warp enemies, and transport Link back to the entrance of a dungeon.
