The Funny Joke is the eighth item in the Trading Sequence of Oracle of Ages.
To obtain it, Link must speak with the Comedian in Lynna City. When Link first talks to him, he tells a joke, and says he needs an easy way to make people laugh; he proposes that a fake mustache might work.[2][3][4] If Link gives him the Cheesy Mustache, he teaches Link the Funny Joke, which is represented as an item in the form of a ribbon.[5]
The Funny Joke can later be traded to Dekadin for the Touching Book.
