The Forest Medallion is in The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Ocarina of Time. You get the Forest Medallion by completing the forest temple. When you complete the forest temple you will be in a room with one of the seven sages. The Sage for the Forest temple is Saria one of Links best friends in the Ocarina of Time. The Forest Medallion is a green circle Medallion with four boomerang shape objects on it. It is the second of the seven medallion's in Ocarina of Time.
