Requirements
Speak with Benja, who is located just outside of Gerudo Town, near the Daqo Chisay Shrine. He will tell Link that he has heard of somebody that has snuck into Gerudo Town, beginning the quest.
Walkthrough
You will need to travel back to the Kara Kara Bazaar and meet with Villa on top of the Bazaar who will give you the clothes you need to get into the Forbidden City.
