Fokkeru, also known as Fotail, is a bird-like enemy that appear in The Adventure of Link. Their official English name was never released.

The Adventure of Link
Fokkerus are protectors of the Great Palace. They are dancing birds that breath fire. They slowly walk back and forth, while hopping up and down. They attack by spiting fireballs at Link that deals high damage. The fireball travels forward in an arc, landing on the floor and continuing to move for a short distance. These fireballs or flames can only be blocked with the Reflect Spell. They are hard to avoid, so it may be easier to defeat them instead. The Shield Spell works well against these foes.
