Fokkeru

Fokkeru, also known as Fotail, is a bird-like enemies that have appeared in The Adventure of Link. Their official name was never released in North America.

The Adventure of Link

Fokkerus are protectors of the Great Palace. They are dancing birds that breathing fire. They walk slowly back and forth, while hop up and down. They attack by spit fireballs at Link that hurts a lot. The fireball travels forward in an arc, landing on the floor and continuing to move in a short distance. These fireballs or flames can only be blocked with the Reflect Spell. They are hard to just avoid, so Link might as well make at least an attempt to kill them. Shield Spell works best at helping Link kill them.
