Flute Boy's Father is a character from A Link to the Past.
This old man is found within the Kakariko Inn in Kakariko Village. He is missing his lost son and is found sleeping most of the time while there. He mentions that his son went to look for the Golden Power, but has yet to return. He is wondering where he is and what he is doing.
When Link has obtained his lost son's Flute and plays it for him, he recognizes it and realizes that it is his son's and instantly knows what has happened to him. He tells Link to keep the Flute and to play it for his son's bird that is in the Village's square.
He is last seen with his son in the field near the village, listening to him play the Flute.
