The Flamebreaker Set is an Armor set from Breath of the Wild. The pieces have a base defense of 3 and make Link immune to burning air, such as whilst climbing Death Mountain.

Equipment

Each of the pieces in the set can be bought from the Ripped and Shredded armor shop in Goron City for a total of 3300 Rupees.

The torso piece, the Flamebreaker Armor, can also be obtained by completing the Fireproof Lizard Roundup side quest.

Upgrades

The items in this set can be upgraded by a Great Fairy Fountain and cost Monster Parts to upgrade. Enhancing items requires that you have unlocked as many fountains as the desired star-level. Upgrading the entire set to at least ★★ level gives the Fireproof Set Bonus, meaning Link takes no damage from flame.
