Ferrus' House is a location in Spirit Tracks. It is located in Wellspring Station, with Ferrus being the station's only current inhabitant. The house has some papers with the Rules of the Rails on them. Despite owning the small house, Ferrus is very rarely found occupying it.

- There is a poster in Ferrus' House, of Tingle's dog, Barkle, from Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland.
