The Faron Province is one of the six provinces located in Twilight Princess. The Faron Province later appears in Skyward Sword as one of the three main provinces/regions of the Surface. It consists of mostly Faron Woods and the southern part of Hyrule Field. The Faron Province is named after the two guardians, Faron the Light Spirit and Faron the Dragon.

During the events of Twilight Princess, Link first enters the Faron Woods after Talo goes off in pursuit of a Monkey, who had previously stolen Uli's Cradle.
