Falling Spikes are traps that appear in Faces of Evil and Wand of Gamelon.

Appearances

Faces of Evil

Falling Spikes appear in Faces of Evil in largely the same fashion as their Wand of Gamelon counterparts.

Wand of Gamelon

Spikes fall from above and they will try to harm Zelda. They are found in set locations, are usually indoors, and fall in precise patterns. Be patient to find the pattern, and then move quickly to avoid being hit. At times, there are entire areas filled with spikes, and they can be quite difficult to avoid. Using the Cloak is an expensive, yet safe way to avoid taking much damage from spikes. Much like their Boulder counterparts, spikes cannot be defeated.
