The Fairy Queen resides just west of the Eyeglass Isle Library in Labrynna's Past. At first glance, she appears as nothing more than an Octorok to Link. Upon speaking with her, Link learns that she had been transformed into that shape by Veran and has thus lost all of her fairy powers. She will request that Link find some Fairy Powder to sprinkle on her, which would restore the Queen to her former self.
After obtaining the Fairy Powder from the Eyeglass Isle Library, Link will restore the Fairy Queen's body. She will thank Link by clearing the sea of all poison and pollution lying throughout it. With the seas cleansed, Link will be proclaimed a hero in Zora Village and be allowed by King Zora to enter Lord Jabu Jabu's Belly.
