The Fairy Queen resides just west of the Eyeglass Island Library in Labrynna's Past. At first glance, she appears as nothing more than an Octorok to Link. Upon speaking with her, Link learns that she had been transformed into that shape by Veran and has thus lost all of her powers. She requests that Link finds some Fairy Powder to sprinkle on her, which restores the Fairy Queen to her former self.
