By far, one of the toughest water enemies. They will appear right next to you, rising out of the water shooting seeds. Because of this, it's also not uncommon to accidentally bump into them, damaging you that way as well. Attack them quickly before they get close to your ship. Two hits with the [[cannon]] will defeat them. You also fight a giant version of these later on in the game. The giant versions take 5 hits with the cannon to kill and shoot green acid, damaging your ship for 1 heart.

Eye Plants are water-based enemies that appear in Phantom Hourglass. Being one of the toughest water enemies, they will appear right next to the boat, rising out of the water and shooting seeds. Because of this, it is also not uncommon for the ship to accidentally bump into them, damaging it. Link should attack them quickly by using the cannon before they get close to the ship, two hits defeating them. A giant version of the Eye Plant can be found when Link revisits Molida Island.
