"Punch when not equipped"

— In game description.[1]

The Expert's Ring is a Magical Ring that Link can obtain in Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages. It is a rare ring that can only be acquired by bumping into Maple or within a Gasha Nut.

When equipped, the Expert's Ring will allow Link to attack with his fists. As long as Link does not have an item equipped in either the 'A' or 'B' button slots, Link will punch when the corresponding button has been pressed. Link's punch when holding this ring does equivalent damage as that of the Noble Sword.

When Link punches while having the Expert's Ring equipped, an explosion sound effect can be heard.

The Expert's Ring is nearly identical to the Fist Ring. The only difference is that the Expert's Ring is significantly more powerful than that of the Fist Ring.
