Energizing Fruit and Mushroom Mix is a meal in Breath of the Wild and it is a variant of the Fruit and Mushroom Mix. It can be cooked over a Cooking Pot, and requires specific ingredients to make, listed below.

With the addition of an Stamella Shroom to any type of fruit, such as an Apple, the meal will restore some hearts, but also restore some of Link's Stamina Wheel.
