The Electric Safflina is a type of plant and material found in Breath of the Wild. They can be found all over the Gerudo Desert, and are easily distinguishable due to their bright colors. Electric Safflinas can be used in a variety of Recipes to increase Link's shock resistance, or alternatively they can be used to enhance pieces of Armor. They recover no hearts.

Cooking

If Link cooks a Electric Safflina by itself, it will create Electro Fried Wild Greens. This dish will not recover any health, but it will give Link Electricity Resistance. When cooked with fruit or meat, Link can create Electro Streamed Fruit or Electro Steamed Meat, which can recover Links health, while also giving Link some Heat Resistance.
