East Rutimala Hill is the lower elevation, found just east of Rutimala Hill. The hill goes unnamed in Breath of the Wild.
Tears of the Kingdom
The snowy area is home to an enemy Frost Talus. In the area down below, Ice-Breath Lizalfos and Snow Octoroks will appear as well, causing a nuisance during the Frost Talus battle.
