Tears of the Kingdom

The East Gerudo Mesa can be found southeast of Spectacle Rock and north of Mount Granajh. The area is subject to extreme temperatures with it being very hot in the sun during the daytime, where Link will need to stay in the shade or have some level of Heat Resistance. At nighttime it gets very cold and Link will need some Cold Resistance.

At the far west end of the mesa, there is a tall pillar sticking out of the ground with a treasure chest on top. Link can use the nearby Stake and Stone Slab to create a platform attached to the pillar. From there he can Ascend to the top to reach the chest and get three Stakes.

Kitawak Shrine

Main article: Kitawak Shrine

The Kitawak Shrine can be found at the east end of the Mesa on the higher plateau. Titled Upward and Forward, the shrine requires Link to attach platforms to bridges to progress, as well as to launch himself up in the air.

Korok Seeds

  • At the east end of the mesa, there is a large rock that Link can walk underneath. Beneath the overhang, Link can use Ascend to get through a stump and get the Korok Seed.
  • South of the shrine on the lower elevation, there is a cork. Attach a Boulder to it and toss it over the edge to get the Korok Seed.
