Nearby Korok Seeds
There are two identical arch-shaped structures diagonal from eachother. Climb the northwestern most structure to find the Korok stump that will initiate the mini-game.
Use magnesis to grab the cube that's hidden behind the roof block set, and move it to make both sets match.
