The East Barrens is a location found in Breath of the Wild.
Nearby Korok Seeds
There are two identical arch-shaped structures diagonal from eachother. Climb the northwestern most structure to find the Korok stump that will initiate the mini-game.
Complete the rock circle.
Look to the ceiling for the cube and the solution, and solve the Magnesis block puzzle.
