The Earth Element is a quest item from The Minish Cap.
Overview
The Earth Element is one of Four Elements that Link acquires in The Minish Cap. It is the first element found, located in the Deepwood Shrine within the Minish Woods. Along with a Heart Container, it is the primary reward for defeating the Big Green ChuChu and clearing the Deepwood Shrine.
While it is the first element that Link acquires, Link cannot do anything with just the Earth Element alone. After Link acquires the Fire Element from within the Cave of Flames, Link can then travel to the Elemental Sanctuary. Here he can fuse the two elements with the White Sword, turning it into the White Sword (Two Elements). This will allow Link the ability to split into two.
