EX Treasure: Dark Armor is a Side Quest found in Breath of the Wild. It was made available as part of the The Champions' Ballad downloadable content.
Guide
Link can stumble upon Misko's EX Journal 2, found in the Deya Village Ruins. The journal states that the evil spirit's armor is hidden within Faron's sea of trees before then giving specific locations as to where they can be found.[1]
Phantom Ganon Skull
The Phantom Ganon Skull can be found at the base of the waterfall, just south of Corta Lake. This is the highest of the three sets of waterfalls that flow down from the Corta Lake. Use Magnesis to pull the treasure chest up from underwater.
Phantom Ganon Armor
The Phantom Ganon Armor can be found beneath the Sarjon Bridge along the Floria River. Use Magnesis to pull the treasure chest out of the water.
Phantom Ganon Greaves
The Phantom Ganon Greaves can be found just east of the Floria Bridge, within the Ebara Forest. There are a series of large bird statues here. The one to the west, closer to the water, has a treasure chest buried on the west side of it. Use Magnesis to more easily find it and then pull it out of the ground.
