EX Teleportation Rumors! is a Side Quest found in Breath of the Wild. It was made available as part of The Master Trials downloadable content.
Guide
Over at the South Akkala Stable, Link can find the Super Rumor Mill V2 book sitting on top of the table. Upon reading it, Link learns about an ancient medallion that could instantly teleport you to wherever it is placed. The rumor indicates that this treasure is located beneath a labyrinth in northeast Akkala. This of course is referring to Lomei Labyrinth Island, at the northeast corner of the map.
Link will first need to travel to the island and complete the Trial of the Labyrinth shrine quest in order to find the Tu Ka'loh Shrine. After completing the shrine, the gate that is on the ground directly in front of the shrine will be removed, allowing Link to drop down into the basement of the labyrinth. Here there are numerous Decayed Guardians and Guardian Stalkers. In the center of the ruins there is a treasure chest that contains a Diamond Circlet. However, a second treasure chest can be found at the south end of the basement that contains the Travel Medallion.
Travel Medallion

Once Link has the travel medallion, he can drop it on the ground at almost any point. Then, whenever Link would like to, he can quickly teleport over to this location, using the overworld map. The teleportation works almost identically as when teleporting over to a shrine that Link has uncovered.
Drop down the hole in front of the Tu Ka'loh Shrine. 
Watch out for the Guardians that are everywhere! 
The chest is at the south end of the basement.
