In Twilight Princess, Dr. Borville is the only doctor who lives in Castle Town. He prejudices against any patient that is not Hylian. Even though he treated the ill Ilia, he refuses to treat Telma's next patient, Prince Ralis, a Zora. He seems to owe Telma a large sum of Rupees, even though he charges high rates. Snobbish and shifty, he only enjoys talking to wealthy people.
