Dark Link, first appeared in The Adventure of Link as the final boss who guard the triforce inside the great palace. there is a glitch where if you run all the way to the left of the screen, crouch and just keep stabbing toward him you will eventually defeat him with out dealing any damage.
and in Ocarina of Time in the Water Temple as a mid-boss and has the ability to jump up on your sword... HOLD STILL! DONT PRESS B! if you, do he will cut you!
he also appear in Spirit Tracks as the final boss of the mini-game found in hyrule castle town called "take 'em all down"! he can perform the hurricane spin attack and also throw bombs. while battle dark link you can't use your items.
