The Cuccodex is the first item of the Trading Sequence in Oracle of Seasons. In order for Link to obtain this item, he must light the torches in Dr. Left's house. Once this is done, Dr. Left will give Link the Cuccodex.
It can be traded with Malon to receive the Lon Lon Egg
