Craniocs are fish enemies that can be found in Lake Floria, Lanayru Sand Sea and Faron Woods. They will turn red and charge at Link when he was near. Craniocs use large bulbous crowns in their heads to attack prey and settle disputes with another of its species.

To defeat these enemies, Link must use spin attack, causing them to flip over, stunned. Link must then perform another spin at the "X" on Craniocs head; killing them in the process.
