Great Fairy Cotera can be found at the Great Fairy Fountain northeast of Kakariko Village in Breath of the Wild. To release Cotera from her covering, she asks for either 100, 500, 1000 or 10,000 Rupees, depending on how many Great Fairies you have encountered beforehand. Once uncovered, she will allow Link to upgrade some of his armor, if he has the correct materials.
