Chiko is a character featured in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland.
Overview
Chiko is a young girl who lives in Port Town with her mother. She loves fairies, but when Tingle first meets her, she is crying because she says that a Fish at her Fairy Doll.[1]
After Tingle finds the Fairy Doll in the Fish Rock's mouth in Hometown Prairie, he can return and give it back to Chiko. Chiko will thank Tingle and agrees to show him something. She asks Tingle to meet her over at the Town Hero's Statue.[2]
When Tingle visits the town's hero statue, he'll find Chiko come out from inside the statue. Chiko tells Tingle that when she was playing with her Fairy Doll the other day, she accidentally kicked the statue and a secret entrance opened up. She mentions that the Armourer said there was something good down there and encourages Tingle to travel into the underground area, beneath the statue.[3] This leads underground to the first dungeon, the Hero's Shrine.
