Charlo is the poor beggar in the Castle Town East Road of Castle Town in Twilight Princess. He asks Link nicely for spare Rupees, claiming it is "for the sake of Hyrule", and Link can either give him 30 or 50 at a time.[1][2] After Link has given him 1,000 Rupees, Link will receive a Piece of Heart.
