Carlov is a character that appears in two The Legend of Zelda series games; The Wind Waker and The Minish Cap.

The Wind Waker
Carlov runs the Nintendo Gallery in Forest Haven in The Wind Waker. If Link snaps a photo with his Deluxe Picto Box and gives it to Carlov, he will carve a Figurine of the person or enemy Link took a photo off and put it into one of the rooms.
The Minish Cap

In The Minish Cap, Carlov runs the Figurine Shop in Hyrule Town. Link can trade Mysterious Shells to gamble for some Figurines that Carlov has carved himself.
