Carlov appears in two Zelda games; The Wind Waker and The Minish Cap.
The Wind Waker
Carlov runs the Nintendo Gallery in Forest Haven. If Link snaps a photo with his Picto Box and gives it to Carlov, he will carve a Figurine of the person or enemy Link took a photo off and put it into one of the rooms.
