Captain Viscen is a male character featured within Majora's Mask.

Captain Viscen is the guard captain of Clock Town. He is very diligent, hardworking, and cares for the safety of the people of Clock Town. He is attempting to convince Mayor Dotour to evacuate the citizens of Clock Town in order to keep them safe. He is arguing against Mutoh, the boss of the carpenters, who does not believe the Moon will crash into Clock Town. He has worked hard on the Clock Town Festival and wants it to be celebrated, thus he disagrees with Viscen and believes that the citizens should not be evacuated.

During the day, they can be found arguing in the mayor's office about whether or not the citizens of Clock Town should be evacuated. If Link comes in and puts on the Couple's Mask, peace settles into the room and the argument ends. Mayor Dotour decides to let the citizens of Clock Town choose for themselves on whether or not they should evacuate. Captain Viscen is not entirely satisfied with these results, as he wanted all of Clock Town's citizens to be safe, but agrees to stop arguing.
