Captain Keeta, also called Skull Keeta, is a character that appears in Majora's Mask. Captain Keeta resides in Ikana Graveyard where he slept when Link saw him. Link wakes him up with the song Sonata of Awakening. And he will want to challenge Link. If Keeta runs up to the end, Link will lose and start over again. Link will use items to slow him down. When Link has reached and beaten Captain Keeta, he will reward Link with the Captain's Hat.
