Proves ownership of the Private Oasis

"You got the Cabana Deed! It's written on yellowed parchment. It looks quite old."

— In-Game Description[1]

The Cabana Deed is an item that Link receives in The Wind Waker. It is an old piece of paper given to Link by Mrs. Marie,[2][3] but only after Link gives her 20 Joy Pendants in return. The Cabana Deed verifies that Link owns the Private Oasis,[4] which is important due to a Triforce Chart being in the Cabana. [5]
