Buzz Blobs are enemies that appear in A Link to the Past. If you attack them while they are "lit up" with electricity, you will take damage. An easy way to defeat them is to first stun them with the Boomerang or Hookshot then defeating it with your sword.
Using Magic Powder on a Buzz Blob will cause it to transform into a more goofy-looking variant called Cukeman.
