Bosh Kala Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.

Requirements

The Wind Guides You

Head up the stairs on the left, and use the wind and the paraglider to reach the chest on the right, then continue straight ahead from the entrance.

Use the wind current on the left to cross the next gap.

The wind current ahead will cross the next gap, however, there is a ledge with a chest on the far right side of the room. This is very tricky to reach. Use the paraglider to cross to the ledge directly ahead, but instead of landing, immediately turn to the right and attempt to make it to the ledge with the chest. Although walls in shrines cannot be climbed, if you miss the ledge by a slight amount, frantic attempts to climb up may still be successful.

Once that chest is collected, glide back to the wind current again and use it to reach the ledge with the altar for a Spirit Orb.
